Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment.
Deposits go towards your final service price and are non-refundable.
There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee.
After 10 minutes, I will do your hair at my discretion.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
